Congratulations to Our New Cleaning Foreman

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Steve Harman from Team Leader to Cleaning Foreman for our Portsmouth site. Steve has been with the business for over 8 years and has shown enthusiasm, commitment and faithfulness throughout.

Through Steve’s time as Team leader he has shown dedication to supporting Marlin with process efficiency, organising projects, staff and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with quality procedures and to customer’s satisfaction. He has the leadership in being able to manage, supervise, organise, lead staff and carry out the cleaning to a comprehensive range of systems and facilities on ships. In turn his hard work and dedication has paid off and we look forward to welcoming him into his new role as Cleaning Foreman for Portsmouth.

As Steve embraces his new role, he also takes on further responsibility’s in supporting the Operations Manager, in the management and supervision of the specialist cleaning operative teams, also being involved in direct and associated cleaning activities.

As well as Steve taking on the promotion of Cleaning Foreman, we are pleased to present him with our new addition to the fleet, helping to support him in day to day operations around Portsmouth Dockyard. Click to see Steve’s upgraded vehicle!
