With this extensive knowledge within health and safety he will be supporting Robert Bridger our SHEQ and Training Manager, helping to grow the training arm of the business, continuing to establish Marlin as a centre of excellence in safety training. Patrick will be Based between Portsmouth and Chichester, as well as working closely with Plymouth to keep us all safe. Within Patricks role he will also be leading Marlin’s internal quality function as the company grows.

He is pleased to be working with Marlin as he says “I’m excited to be joining Marlin as it’s a friendly, professional and successful company. It offers so many different services and I can’t wait to get involved with getting to know the team and our customers. I’ll be working in Health and Safety, Training and Quality so I’ll be wearing different hats at different times – it’s going to be a great challenge.”
