Project scope

Ongoing provision of extreme cleaning for stainless steel tubes as part of the manufacturing process.

Background

Our client manufactures precision machined components for industries including: oil and gas, aerospace, defence, nuclear and marine, among others.

Customer challenges

Our customer was looking for a consistent and superior cleaning method to ensure any marks, abrasions, grease or static were removed from the steel tubes in between two parts of the manufacturing process. The cleanliness of these tubes is paramount before they can move onto the next process of manufacturing. Their internal, manual cleaning process had become less effective and less time and cost efficient, so it made sense for our client to outsource the process to our facility.
